Have received instructions from Mr William Medhurst, who is quitting, TO SELL BY AUCTION, on the premises, as above, on WEDNESDAY, 9th OCTOBER, 1895, THE hardy Pure-bred FLOCK of SOUTHDOWN SHEEP, comprising 291 ewes in ages, 102 stock ewe lambs and five rams, an excellent dairy of 41 shorthorn and cross-bred cows and heifers, Sussex bull, nine valuable draught horses, very promising weaning filly, handsome bay cob, two half-bred mares, nag mare.

A large assortment of AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS and MACHINERY, consisting of four market carts, crank axle milk cart, waggons, manure cart, cake house, rivetted iron water tank on wheels, ploughs, harrows, cultivators, rollers, drill, reaping and mowing machines, horse corn rakes, tedding machines, liquid manure carts, root pulpers, chaff and turnip cutters, winnowing and blowing machines, &c, also sheep tackling, harness, wheelwright's timber, sail cloths, dairy utensils and miscellaneous effects.

The sale will commence with the Implements at 10.30 am punctually, Luncheon immediately after (tickets 1s 6d each), followed by the sale of the Live Stock.
