At Glynd, near Lewes in Sussex, at Michaelmas next

A Modern built House, four rooms on a Floor, late occupied by Governor Dean, with Part or all of thirteen Acres of Land in the said Parish.
Enquire of William Weller, of Glynd; or of John Harris, Cornfactor, in Savage Gardens, London. Also about thirty Acres of Arable and Pasture Land then to be lett, lying near the above, in the Parish of Beddingham, and some Ashen Trees of about twenty Years Growth to be sold. Enquire as above.
