Welcome to the website of the Glynde Community Pool. This historic community pool is run entirely by volunteers. It is an open air, unheated pool located in a beautiful rural setting in Glynde and was gifted to the villages in 1904 by Thomas Seymour Brand, then owner of Glynde Estate. Each year it is open from around June until sometime in September - depending on the weather!
The pool is unsupervised and anyone wishing to swim needs to become, or be accompanied by, a member of the Glynde and Beddingham Swimming Club.
